What Is Raid The Rock Adventure Race?
The Traditional/Long course at Raid the Rock is an 8-12 hour adventure race that covers approximately 50 miles of mountain biking, trekking/running, canoeing and rope elements. Teams or solo racers will navigate with a map and compass the entire course. The course will traverse wilderness and urban terrain with trekking/running, mountain biking and canoeing in central Arkansas.
The 2-4 hour Short course will be a much shorter version of the long course.

    What Is The Course Like?
The mileage ranges for each discipline on the traditional/long course are : Mountain biking 20-25 miles (single track and roads), Trekking/running 10-15 miles (wilderness, trails, dirt roads and city streets) and canoeing 10-15 miles (flat water). The short course mileage ranges are: Mountain biking 5-8 miles (single track and roads), Trekking/running 2-5 miles (wilderness, trails, dirt roads and city streets) and canoeing 3-8 miles (flat water).
Both races are guaranteed to be an unforgettable experience!
